Dear Kelvin and Sally,

How are you .? Hope you both are ok. Sorry about the delay.

Your name was highly mentioned in anuladevi balika widdayalaya today. Today was parent's meeting day and you got many thanks for what you have done there.they think that they will get the intercom system soon and there is a plan to move the school. Which i reckon is just the government talking rubbish.  Still they cannot give anything to the people who have lost their homes.  I don't think that they can build up a school in a different place or area.  It's just crazy.  The school really wants an intercom system but the people from columbo have not voted yet

I will be sending you pictures of the classroom that you have paid for.  This weekend, we (friends of unawatuna) are cleaning and painting the two rooms, the stairwell, and the hallway.  My friend, laura, (who is typing for me right now) will take some digital pictures and send them to you next week..

Hope all is well with you. Give love to sally

Take care,

Sam

(vicariously through laura...!)
