Dear Mr Kelvin and Mrs Sally,

Thank you so much for kindly considering of our request for repainting the desks and chairs of the school for the new year. As you have provided us the necessary paints,brushes and other stuff and wages for a painter we were able to paint all the desks,chairs and tables of the school in a short time. So now our children are working happily in beautiful new classrooms. So you can see how happy they are In their new classrooms by seeing the photo I included in this letter.
Also, I would like to thank you for providing us the following stationery items and books for the benefit of our children.

Exercise books,crayons,varnish papers,drawing books,file covers,bristol boards etc.
